1.1. By registering an account on the server, you agree to these rules.

1.2. The administration reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.

1.3. Ignorance of these rules does not exempt you from complying with them.

1.4. The administration’s decisions are final.

👾 2. Game Rules 👾

2.1. The use of bots, game-automating macros, and other unauthorized programs is prohibited.

2.2. Exploiting bugs is prohibited—any bugs found must be reported to the administration.

2.3. Impersonating an administrator or other players is prohibited.

2.4. Insults, harassment, and hate speech are prohibited.

2.5. Character names may not contain vulgar or offensive content.

🔒 3. Accounts and Characters 🔒

3.1. Each player may have any number of accounts, unless the administration decides otherwise.

3.2. Sharing an account with others is done at your own risk.

3.3. The administration is not responsible for lost characters or items.

💳 4. Shop (Payments) 💳

4.1. Purchases in the shop are voluntary and support the server’s development.

4.2. All payments are treated as donations toward server maintenance.

4.3. After making a payment, the player receives virtual items or services.

4.4. Purchased items are non-refundable. 4.5. In the event of an error in order fulfillment, please contact the administration.

4.6. The administration is not responsible for incorrect information provided during the purchase.

4.7. Attempts at fraud (e.g., chargebacks) will result in a permanent ban.

5.1. Violations of these rules may result in:

• a warning

• temporary account suspension

• a permanent ban

5.2. The administration determines the penalty at its discretion, depending on the offense.

6.1. This server is not affiliated with the official Tibia game or its owner.

6.2. The administration reserves the right to reset the server without compensation.
