Drowned LegionnaireZombie Event — The Drowned MarchesDrowned Legionnaire

The Fallen Legion made its last stand on an island in the middle of the marsh. They lost — and they did not stay dead. Twice a day, at 9:30 and 17:30, the Drowned Legionnaires rise from the mud again and hunt everyone who dares to enter their battlefield.

The rules are simple: one touch of the dead and you are out. You lose nothing — no experience, no items, no blessings — you simply wake up in the temple. The last survivor wins a Vanteria box, Guild Tokens and Tibia Coins, and every other fighter is rewarded too. How long can you outrun the dead?

How to join

1. At 9:20 and 17:20 registration opens — you will see the announcement in the game.

2. Go to any protection zone (a temple or a depot is perfect) and type !zombie join.

3. You are teleported straight to the legion camp in the middle of the island. Every new survivor is announced to the whole server with name, vocation and level.

4. From this moment you cannot log out — the marsh does not let you go. Prepare potions and runes — especially Magic Walls — before you join.

5. At 9:30 / 17:30 the dead start to rise. Run!

The Drowned Marches
Rules of the marsh

One touch and you are out. As soon as a Drowned Legionnaire stands right next to you — or lands a single hit — you are caught. You are teleported to the Thais temple and lose nothing: no experience, no items, no blessings. The server announces how long you survived.

The dead are slow — but they never stop. They walk slower than you, but a new one rises every 10 seconds and more of them come as time goes by. They see through invisibility and cannot be paralysed.

They rise near the living. New Legionnaires crawl out of the mud a few steps away from the survivors — never closer than 4 tiles to anyone — and a freshly risen one needs 3 seconds before it can grab you. Keep your eyes open and keep moving.

You may fight back. The Legionnaires can be attacked and killed to clear your path — but they are tough, and there are always more of them.

Magic Wall runeWild Growth runeMagic walls are allowed! The paths through the marsh are narrow — one well-placed Magic Wall or Wild Growth can stop a whole horde of the dead. But walls do not choose sides: block the wrong corridor and you may lock yourself in with them… or seal your friend's only way out. Use them wisely — or use them for a laugh.

No PvP, no tricks. Players cannot hurt each other, summons are removed and you cannot log out while the hunt is on. If the server restarts during an event, you will wake up safely in the temple.

How the event is won

Last survivor: when only one player is left in the marsh, that player wins immediately.

No ties: the hunt ends the very moment the second-to-last survivor is caught — the one still standing takes the victory.

Safety limit: the hunt ends after at most 30 minutes — whoever is still standing then shares the victory.

Only one player can be the last survivor — the winner is announced to the whole server and enters the Hall of Fame below. Rewards go straight to your backpack (or to your Store inbox if your backpack is full). Everyone who joined and fought receives a reward, no matter how early the dead caught them.

Good to know

Can I leave after joining? No — once you join, you stay in the marsh until the dead catch you or the event ends. If fewer than 3 players sign up, the event is cancelled and you are teleported back to exactly where you joined.

Do I need blessings or an amulet of loss? No. Being caught never costs anything.

What helps me survive? Speed and attention. Haste, knowing the narrow paths of the marsh and never letting yourself be cornered in a dead end — the bog and the trenches are full of loops, use them.

Should I bring Magic Wall runes? Absolutely! A wall in the right corridor buys you precious seconds. A wall in the wrong one makes for the funniest death in the Hall of Fame. Remember that walls disappear after a while — and the dead are patient.

What if I lose my connection? Your character stays in the marsh — and the dead will find it. Reconnect as fast as you can.

Is the event full? Up to 100 survivors can join. Sign up early — the announcements show how many places are taken.
